Vuchiki before she met Scholz: There was no genocide in Kosovo, so why don't we impose sanctions on Russia

Before meeting with Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Aleksandar Vuciqi has given an interview with the German Handelsblatt, where he spoke about his reports to Putin, Kosovo and the missing Serbian sanctions against Russia. Alexander Vuciqi, on the eve of meeting with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who will meet with Prime Minister Albin Kurti as well today, has provided an interview for German Handelsblatt.
Asked about Putin and his claims in Ukraine today, Vuciqi has said he has not spoken to Putin on this topic and that he was on the last meeting they had in November last year, he spoke to Ukraine for only a few minutes.
German journalists have asked Vucinciqi if he understands Putin's reason for doing so and said:
I hear and read what he says. He shows his motives. But that does not mean that such actions in Ukraine can be reasoned”, Vuciqi said.
I feel compelled to support international law. Serbia has done this. Remember that we were attacked by NATO in 1999, contrary to international law and saw a mandate from the United Nations and experienced it severely. That is why Serbia has supported two UN resolutions and condemned the war in Ukraine”, Vuciqi has said.
Vucinciqi has said that Pout likens the situation in Donbas to Kosovo and uses Kosovo's example as well as the International Court of Justice's decision as a precedent to justify his shares in Donbas and other parts of Ukraine.
Reacting to the intervention of German journalists who reminded Vuciqi that the International Court of Justice in 2010 said Kosovo has not violated international law on the case of separation from Serbia and that it cited genocide against Kosovars, Vuciqi reacted:
“There was no genocide in Kosovo and there is no single court saying otherwise”.
Sanctions against Russia?
Asked why Serbia did not join European and US sanctions, Vuciqi replied that Belgrade agrees with the European Union regarding the nature of the conflict in Ukraine, but this has made Serbia's position even more difficult and is not easy.
“We have been the victim of sanctions for several decades and do not believe in sanctions policy. Even in EU countries, discussions on sanctions are still under way, such as gas work. We have our own interests. We are still not part of the EU. Unfortunately,”, Vucinqi said.
We keep being neutral. It was a surprise to most that the war in Ukraine was a violation of international law. A Serbia joins sanctions or not, this does not impress anyone in Russia, on the other hand, we have our national interests around Kosovo and other issues in which we have Russia's support and for a long time, we have this support except from Russia and China to the UN Security Council. However, the truth is that we are clearly positioned on our path towards the EU, and that remains our main goal. For this reason, I came to Germany, Vuchqi said.
Speaking of expectations for today's meeting with German Chancellor Vucciciqi, he said he met him in Hamburg during 2016 and said that CHAai is one of the few people who listen to him (Vuccina) with attention”. /♪ Periscope.
