The first session, the Government of Kosovo, will face even more protest.
The KEK workers' union will protest to demand Trust's withdrawal.
The chairman of this union, Nexhat Llumnica, said they have not yet decided when the protest will take place.
The procedure will be held before the session, but we have not yet decided what day and what hour. We have warned the protest of withdrawing some of the pension savings because we have seen the Government oppose it and parliament has the session Thursday”, he told Front Online.
But they will also come up with another idea for Trust.
It's in our interest to propose an idea other than what's broken in the Parliament, because we have the possibility that brain tools can only be withdrawn for this difficult time. It's possible that some of it goes into the pension fund to calculate all post-war work stations, and use these tools in this form and not in the form they're being used through the withdrawal of the brain”, he said further.
Llumnica also talked about the problems KEK workers face.
He said workers face lack of protective equipment and even small salaries compared to the risk they face during their work.
“We have permanent diseases and we have 35 workers dead in 2021, working conditions are in poor condition, because we don't have post protection equipment, wages are small compared to risk and health damage and collective agreement at the overall and at the company level, alone. KEK does not have such an agreement, he said further.
The chairman of this union then said this company has been failing to respect the law to pay the workers who work on weekends.
