It's not necessarily to cut costs even though it would also happen but it's to protect wild animals.
The city has several miles of lake shore on the one side and forest on the other. It is important to protect the animals that live there, according to consultants responsible for sustainable development, Mauro Moruzi, reports Swiss media, records albinfo.ch.
But there are some exceptions right in the middle of town where enlightenment LED and movement detectors will be used to maintain security.
