Selamanaj has said they are not against the composition of the Commission, but that concern remains the process of how it came to the Assembly.
He has accused Prime Minister Albin Kurti of trying to capture this institution.
“We are not against the composition of the commission, but concern is the process as it came to the assembly. The OSHP is even without a functioning board and for us this approach is meaningless and implies the capture of the institution. In Kosovo, there are more than four rounds that the government's practice of competition repeats. After the competition closes, the government adds three more names to it. From the start, it puts inequality in procurement. The prime minister has several other names and does not dare to continue this process like this”, he said.
