Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha says he decided to undertake the initiative in this period for the Parliament to recognise the Serb genocide in Serbenica due to developments in Russia and the region. He referred to Serbia, when he said he was buying weapons from China and is preparing for new genocide.

The “is unimaginable. This genocide is confirmed by two international courts. If I analyse developments in the Balkans, I consider absolutely one of the international community's major mistakes, Alexander Vucic's relatively mild stance in relation to genocide.

Why did Vladimir Putin take up this unprecedented act. He attacked a nation brother. They're mixed up. He attacked a place he signed up for that he would guarantee the invisibility of borders. He made himself a criminal, he was a KGB criminal, and others ignored that fact. But he did come to the stage

If Vuciq does not accept the Serbian genocide in Serbia, he does not accept genocide in Kosovo, he is willing to take it back. He went to North Mitorvica and said Milosevic has been a great leader. The European community has now begun to react. He continues to take Russian tanks and Chinese rockets and prepare for a new genocide”, Sali Berisha said at the news conference.

Journalists were told that “The man who makes the most makeup for Aleksandar Vuciqi is Edi Rama. They're wondering how this protects Vucic. Asked why he did not adopt a resolution during 2009-2013, the former prime minister said:

It has been a process and I consider it very important. There should never be compliance with genocide. Without question that Albania would adopt that resolution, as it would strongly support Kosovo to indict Serbia for genocide in the international court. ”
