Russian troops kidnap local men in the occupied city of Enerhodar

Russians in the occupied city of Enerhodar, in the Zaporizhja region, have kidnapped several local men, taking them by hand to an unknown “driven”, the Interfax news agency reported, citing administration's press service Zaporizhja.

The regional press service said the Russian army came to the men's apartments and kept other residents at gunpoint, while linking their hands and taking them, according to Interfax.

The press service also said the Russian military was planning to organise a referendum to lay the groundwork for Enerhodar to join the Russian Federation.
