Alexandr Bobykin and Aleksandr Ivanov appeared in court this morning, and they are accused of bombing areas of civilians with GRAD missiles.
They became the second and third soldiers to come to justice after soldier Vadim Shishimari was also found guilty of killing 62-year-old civilian in northeastern Ukraine. /Periscopi/
