According to the Court's report, the accused had been using force and with a strong tool had opened a window on the ground floor, penetrated inside where they took a safe from there, an AK-47 gun, a hunting rifle, a puma rifle, 15 rounds of 12A calibre, 33 rounds of 9mmm and 57 bullets LR22.

Gilan, 19.05.2022 ) The Constitutional Court in Gjilan has declared condemnation of indictees I. A. and E. H.
The accused of 1511.20, after midnight, in the village of Malisheva in the Gnjilane municipality, with the aim of illegal property profit for themselves or the other person, have committed criminally theft at the expense of M. I., in that way with the use of force with a strong tool, has opened a window on the ground floor, penetrated inside, detoxed the rooms and got a safe from there, an AK-47 gun, a hunting rifle, a puma rifle, a carbine rifle, 15 rounds of 12A calibre, 33 rounds of 9m and 57 rounds of LR.22.
The accused the same day unauthorizedly and in violation of the applicable weapons law have attempted to sell stolen weapons.
Indictee I. A., on the same day at 16:25, in the village of Malisheva, during the search by the Kosovo Police, the same has been found on narcotics in amounts to 0.22 grams of cocaine.
The Court after discussing all evidence and hearing of witnesses accused I. A., for criminal works 1) in co-ordination of heavy theft, 2) ownership, unauthorized possession of weapons, 3) in import, export, supply, transport, production, exchange, mediation, or sale of unauthorized weapons or explosives, and 4) unauthorized possession of narcotics, psychotrophope and analogic substances, pronounces a unique prison sentence of 4 (four years) and 6 (six) months in prison and with fine sentences of many Euro400.
The accused E. H., for criminal acts: 1) in co-ordination of heavy theft, 2) ownership, unauthorized possession of weapons or possession, and 3) in import, export, supply, transport, production, production, mediation, or sale of unauthorized weapons or explosive subjects is pronounced a unique sentence in length of 4 (four) and 6 (six) years in prison, and fine sentences of 1,000 Euros.
The disgruntled parties have a fair complaint against this act at the Court of Appeals.
