The US announced in February that it would close its embassy in the Ukrainian capital and temporarily move it to Lviv, a town west of the country.
Last week, Britain's ambassador to Ukraine, Melinda Simmons, said it was “satisfied with the thought of returning to Kiev, despite Russian threats to diplomats in the city.
She arrived in Kiev late Friday, after it was announced that Britain would reopen its embassy in support for Ukraine during the Russian invasion, writes Sky News.
