Rama alludes to Kosovo-Serbia case: Final peace lies without sitting on the table

Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, at a joint conference with EU Council President Charles Michel, has said that the Open Balkans are the process that the Berlin Process provides for the foundation. Rama has returned to the post-World War II story to illustrate Kosovo's failure to include in the open Balkans the cause [...]
Albania's prime minister, citing the example of Germany and France, has hinted that it could come up to Serbia's quest for war in Kosovo to begin interstate co-operation.
According to him, the free movement must initially take place.
“History has taught us that it is not possible to reach the ultimate peace and to solve all conflicts by not facing the table to start with the simplest things that can be resolved more easily and to make the cooperation that is important to people in their daily lives. There can be no holding of hostage men moving from four sides that we must reach final peace then start moving the opposite is true. I've brought the example here several times, Germany apologized to France when Wilibrand arrived, but until then other things had happened and it didn't start with forgiveness from the common community that arose as a process of co-operation that we should do, and that's what” has said.
In front of reporters Rama said Germany is against the open Balkans, but requires the process to be comprehensive.
The “Day I was in Berlin, and the myth that has been created that Germany is against the Open Balkans is a food for local consumption, Germany is not against the Open Balkans but requires that it be inclusive and all are encouraged for inclusion. The president brought the example of Benelux, so began the Open Balkans as well as the process and is an initiative aimed at living all EU principles. The Berlin process, which is the foundation of the Open Balkans, cannot be implemented by Berlin, Paris or Brussels, but we must implement it in”, he said.
