On May 20th, when it was six years since receiving the Constitutional Decision, the states of the QUINTï with a joint statement, for the fourth time, have asked the Government of Kosovo to implement the Constitutional Court's decision concerning the land of the Decani Monastery.
In May 2016, Kosovo's Constitutional Court confirmed ownership of the Decani Monastery on several hectares of land. Despite this legal decision and subsequent requirements, the Court's decision has not yet been implemented”, said their response.
