The former president of the Republic of Albania, Bujar Nishani, has passed away, as he has been heavily hospitalised in Germany for months and passed to clinical death without a chance of a return.
So the cerebral condition is considered death (the brain) and doctors a few hours ago advised family members to make a decision.
The health situation of the former head of the Albanian state deteriorated following his infection with COVID-19 two months ago. He suffered from an autoimmune liver disease and failed to overcome the effects of the virus.
Initially, Nishani was admitted to the senatorate and after his initial rehabilitation, he returned to hospital because of post symptoms. - CO VID was left with symptoms of pneumonia in the lungs.
His condition was stabilised for a while. But then it got worse. On April 23, he set out for treatment to Germany, where he died.
Bujar Nishani was born on September 29, 1966, and the presidential mandate, he first received on July 24th 2012, and completed it on July 24, 2017.
