Since taking over the terms of Kurti government 2, MINT is headed by the U.D., secretary, as Hajdari has not yet announced a competition for the post.
Lipovica has returned to the position she had earlier, chief of the European Integrity Department.

It turns out that the Lipovica dismissal was made after Periscop's report that he was paid schooling with money dedicated to helping businesses.
On March 31st, 2022, Periscope reported that Lipovica has been approved a sum of ministry money to pay for master's schooling in Kosova (AUK). This institution of higher education in Kosovo is the only one to issue American diplomas.
Periscop's reliable sources have indicated that the money allocated for the secretary's schooling is not of any fund for establishing professional ministry frameworks, but of the project. The CERP for which the government project has received loans to support production businesses.
The Secretary was approved by Minister Roseta Hajdari for training at the end of last year, but this training has proved to be the Master's education at RIC-AUK and for which schooling has been contracted by MINT with the Rl-Rl Faculty- AUK is worth 12,000 euros, and these vehicles are paid by the CERP project for which the Government has received loans to support production businesses. The first payment tranche of 4,000 euros has been paid by the master's study project”, has revealed to Periscope the good source informed by the ministry.
In this case, Periscope had sent questions to Minister Hajdari a few days ago, but we had no answers until we were publishing this news.
Periscope asked our next co-protagonist, Mr. Irfan Lipovica.
He told us briefly that it's not like that, and then he suggested that we start questions on email.
It's not exactly what you're saying, but send me the questions on the e-mail and we're responding to”, Lipovica said.
Since according to Lipovica, it wasn't like that, Periscope started his e-mail questions, so to see what it was like to see if you didn't. But we did not receive answers.

The post of Minister of Trade and Industry, Roseta Hajdari, had received it in 2020 at the Kuri -I government and Lipovica had immediately named the Secretary's U.D.
Now his position is called: Deputy Secretary General.
The integration of the CERP Project, which has been paid to the secretary's studies, began in December 2018, which was said to have a five-year deadline. So by December 2023.
