The PDK through a communiqué for the media has said that the powers of the Vetevendosje Movement in the municipality of Kamenica and President Kadri Rahimaj are taking similar steps with their leader, Albin Kurti, in terms of close co-operation with Serbs who oppose and fight Kosovo citizenship.
Under no legal obligation, Kamenica municipality chairman Kadri Rahimaj, through power delegates have voted for Deputy Mayor Dalibor Filipovovich, who has so far worked as technical maintenance at an elementary school. Filipovic is recognised in the Kamenica municipality as Vetevendosje's supporter in the second round of elections.
Filipovic has also repeatedly supported officials of the Serbian List who have distributed hate languages to Kosovo Albanian citizens”, said their communiqué.
According to them, Dalibor Filipovovic in several Facebook posts had backed former Prime Minister Alexander Jablanovic for insults he had made against the blood mother, saying it was not wrong if he called “Wilderness”.
The PDK branch in Kamenica called on the mayor of Komuna, Kadri Rahimaj, not to proceed with Dalibor Filipovovic's appointment procedures at the post of deputy chairman.
“Komuna Mayor Kadri Rahimaj must apologise publicly to the citizens of Kamenica for the move. On the contrary, his non-apologising on his part proves that this appointment has resulted from Vetevendosje's political deals with Serb political groups in Kamenica”, the PDK communiqué says.
