When talking about multilateral diplomacy, we should be aware that it is a delicate form of foreign policy and make diplomacy. Other techniques, alliance creations, debates, and daily communication are required. Diplomacy in general is foreign policy, governance, but it is also very delicate diplomatic behaviour. Application does not mean membership. So there shouldn't be any premature executions. It cannot be advanced if a application process for membership is considered a simple routine job, or simply right to apply”, Murtezaj said.
He added that to succeed in these situations requires much communication between the parties.
