Murtezai: EC application does not mean membership

Murtezaj through a status on the social network on Facebook wrote that the same format does not apply in all applications.

When talking about multilateral diplomacy, we should be aware that it is a delicate form of foreign policy and make diplomacy. He added that to succeed in these situations requires much communication between the parties.
