Ilazi fell heroicly, leaving behind himself Kimeten's wife and two daughters, Sumejen and Crenare. The latter were born several months after Ilazi's fall. 23 years after his fall, the Kosovo Post Board, appointed by the government of Albin Kurti, after 22 years at work in Kosovo's post office in Skenderaj, takes him away from Kimeten, a capable woman who, with the greatest dignity and dedication, has raised the two wonderful girls who are excellent at studies”, he wrote.
