The city council decided today to accommodate the name of the People's Friendship Arch”, said capital mayor Vitaly Klitschko in Telegram.
The symbolic move comes after the town destroyed a statue of two workers -- one Russian and the other Ukrainian -- under the bow last month, Klankosova follows. tv
Officials have adopted a list of more than 40 memorial monuments and plaques that will be removed from the capital and transferred to a “muse of totalitarianism”, Klitschko said.
