In fact, former President Pacolli's company, “Security” has offered very low price in its bid for small value tender “Health insurance services travelling” Re-Tender.
The prime minister's office of security had allocated 5,000 euros for a year, but “Security” Offer at the price of “to land”, worth only 1871 euros.
