There are two types of states in the world today -- those that have recognised Kosovo... and those that will recognise Kosovo” -- has been its footnote on the platform, raising the question of whether a new recognition is coming to Kosovo.
Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq has alarmed the Serbian people tonight, saying he has heard Kosovo Foreign Minister Donika Grovalla's confirmation of Kosovo's application to the Council of Europe, which, according to him, will happen tomorrow.
As a result, Vuciq has warned the Belgrade Security National Council meeting in the next 36 hours. He has said that this Kosovo decision, Serbia will respond with all possible political means.
