Kadriu suspends municipal services for camenicas that owe taxes

The Kamenica municipality has decided to suspend several municipal services for citizens who have accumulated debts over the years.

So all cadastral services, planning and Urbanism services, regulatory services have been suspended, as well as stops and suspensions of other services.

“Based on Sorting (QRK) NR.07/2021 on the suspension of municipal services to collect unpaid property tax obligations, Kamenica municipality for tax debtors who have accumulated debts over the years, suspends municipal services as follows:”, the report said.

This decision under the municipality will be valid until the full payment of unpaid tax obligations.

The community suspends services within three (3) working days after the last day of payment. The municipality suspends services until the full payment of unpaid tax duties. With the goal of receiving services offered by the various Office or Director in Komuna, taxpayers are obliged to present to the latter a payment certificate, which stipulates that all unpaid tax duties are paid”, the decision says.
