Former Kosovo Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj has criticised the presidency and the Kosovo government, who have not responded to the support G7 gave the country over the weekend.

The deputy head of the Parliament, Enver Hoxhaj, has published the joint statement of G7, the world's most powerful economic countries, in which support is given to Kosovo.

Hoxhaj has said that since Saturday, neither the Kosovo presidency nor the government said a word about it.

Saturday's “Declaration of their (G7) shows that it is the opportunity to reach bilateral recognition agreement and membership in the UN!

The silence of the Presidency and Government shows that they have a problem with time and space orientation, and their foreign policy is free fall policy!”, Hoxhaj said.

Full status:

Good morning, Kosovo. The G7 on Saturday supported Kosovo and the pro-Western states in the region hit Serbia and Serbs in Bosnia!

Neither the presidency nor the Government of Kosovo said a word.

There is no global institution that has supported Kosovo's freedom and independence, such as G7, the group of seven world economies ( US, Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Canada, and Japan!

Neither the destruction of Yugoslavia nor the independence of all states that emerged from it and membership in the EU and NATO have occurred without co-ordination with G7! For Kosovo, their positions of 1999 and 2007 were crucial to freedom and independence, giving international legitimacy and empowering Kosovo!

Their statement Saturday shows that it is a chance to reach bilateral recognition agreement and membership in the UN!

The silence of the Presidency and Government shows that they have a problem with time and space orientation, and their foreign policy is free fall policy!
