Ioannis Armakolas says in his writing that Greece's policy on the Kosovo issue is a case at the point of its <x0-second diplomatic”, referring to its stubbornness in changing diplomatic approach.
After rejecting the common arguments raised against Greece's recognition of Kosovo, Armakolas stresses that independent Kosovo is an irreversible political reality.
A safe Greece can shape a policy of knowing reality in order to co-form future developments in the Balkans, in line with its interests. Greece through consolidation of Kosovo's international status can also firmly contribute to the integration of the region into Western institutions, in which it participates in the decision-making process together with its European partners.
