The government through a media statement suggests that based on the Law on Exploitation of Real Property, the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, following the overall completion of legal procedures and in line with urgency, it has proposed the final decision to expropriate property and interest owners, which is affected by the expansion of superficial cuts for the needs of the Kosovo Energy Corporation.
The property affected by this decision is in the cadastral areas of Hades, Shippitula, Palajt, Leskoshiki and Sibovci in the Obilic municipality.
