But Secretary General NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, has indicated in the BBC's HARDtalk that he is confident the alliance will find ways to address Turkey's concerns.
And Stoltenberg said when asked, that he will be in the hands of the International Criminal Court to decide whether Russian President Vladimir Putin is a war criminal or a <x0-cyrcict of genocide”.
