According to Durmish, this court is unfair and that its acts are not fair. He adds his Facebook post to the list of Kosovo Assembly deputies who had voted for the establishment of this court by saying they are “accomplices in each sentence”
But, please, you 82 deputies who voted and allowed her to be founded, it's best to remain silent today. How come you're not ashamed to speak up when you're accomplices in the sentence that happened today and in any act that could happen tomorrow.

The special court is an unfair court, it's a court against our fair liberation war, so we strongly opposed it.
Since a court such as is essentially not related to justice, of course we cannot expect fair justice.
