Today the Refounding Commission will hold elections for the new chairman of the Democratic Party, where Ibsen Elesi competes in front of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.
The vote will begin at 8: 00 p.m. until 6:00, as polling stations will not be closed until the last person has voted.
Candidates for mayor in the ranking on the ballot sheet are:
1. Sali Berisha
2. Ibsen Elez
There are 108 polling stations, where Democrats in the respective centre will vote for the chairman who wants to lead the Democratic Party. In this election, Ibsen Elez was the first to face Sali Berisha in the race.
We remember Elez asked for an election delay for the DP leader a few days ago, as he said he had listed statuteic and legal violations, but this requirement has been rejected and today the Democrats will decide who they want at the helm of the DP.
