According to the trial pronounced by the judge of the Hakile Ilazi case, the accused Krivaqa was sentenced to 8 months in prison for the criminal act “taskation” by Article 267, paragraph 1 of the Penal Code, reports “Justice Vowtim”.
The accused has also been charged with paying the 20-euro judicial pavilion, as well as 30 euros for compensation of crime victims.
