According to Citak, Russia's expulsion from this organisation has opened the door to Kosovo to membership.
Kosovo will apply for membership in the Council of Europe. We meet all criteria, and now, with Russia excluded from the organisation, our path should be clear”, it wrote on Twitter.
Otherwise hours ago, Kosovo Foreign Minister Donika Grovalla has submitted Kosovo's official application to the Council of Europe with headquarters in Strasbourg, France.
