The changed instance: Former President Thaci declared innocent (Video)

The Special Court has started hearings against former President Hashim Thaci.

The judge has asked former President Thaci whether he has received the amended indictment, questions Thaci has answered that he is.

Judge: Will I ask you to confirm that you have received the confirmed amended indictment?

Thaci: Yes.
