Bulliqi hastens to the office convicted of corruption that helps to bring LVV to power

A vote for Erem Arifi's government in the Kosovo Parliament had caused the government to collapse.
The Constitutional Court had asked Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani to announce new elections within 40 days after finding violations when the MP, who was sentenced to prison, had voted.
The motion was submitted to the Constitutional Court by 17 deputies of the Vetevendosje Movement on constitutionalisation of MP Etem Arifi's vote.
According to the Court's ruling, Arifi was sentenced by the Court of Appeals, to a year and three months in prison for misusing 27 thousand euros in subsidies to the Ministry of Labour and Social Management. Despite that sentence, on October 6th 2019, when early elections were held in Kosovo, he ran and was elected deputy of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.
The Democratic League of Kosovo established the new government after the collapse of the Kurti government with a no-confidence motion.
The Podujevo municipality, today, has announced that “the mayor of the Podujevo municipality, Speed Bulqi, has hosted the Kosovo Assembly's deputy chairman, Bekim Arifi, where they discussed many issues, but the key topic was involvement in Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian jobs in municipal institutions, such as those of education, health and municipal administration<1>.
According to the municipality's announcement, ex-Deputer from the minority community, Etem Arifi, community representatives in Podujevo and the head of the Community Office in the Podujevo municipality were present.
This news has not been posted on the social facebook network as an ordinary municipality, but it's only cracked on the municipal web.
Otherwise, former President Eem Arifi had been released from prison in September last year after serving a several-month prison sentence. He was released on bail.
The other indictee in this case Bajram Gashi, who was a member of the party, has also been sentenced to 1 year's source.
The time spent in the ban from 01.07.2014 to 03.07.2014 and in detention from the date 02.06.2016 to 27,2016 and home arrest from 27,2016 to 27.06.2017<1>, says the Court of Appeals ruling. /Periscopi/
