The topic of discussions was the EU's continued support for Ukraine, the European top diplomat has announced.
Borrell has said the EU-Ukrainian Association Council will be a key moment to further advance our partnership, while work is continuing for the next package of sanctions against Russia.
Borrell and Kuleba have also discussed the situation in Marioupol, which was said to be terrible and that humanitarian evacuations are urgent.
