The choice of obstruction through participation as a primary strategy is effectively resulting in preventing progress. The structure and creativity on our part is necessary and useful, but apparently not enough. I want to thank Miroslav Lajcak for his sincere interest and efforts towards the successful completion of the license and energy negotiations”, Bislim wrote.

Chief negotiators Bislimi and Petkovovic have reached agreement on plates after yesterday's meeting in the European capital.
