(4 years ago)MP The PDK, Hisen Berisha, following the Special Court's decision, which sentenced former OVL KLA heads to four and a half years in prison, Nasim Haradinaj and Hysni Gucati, said they should see the possibility if continued work of specialised rooms should be allowed. He said the prime minister [...] should also be engaged in this direction.
He said the country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, should also be engaged in this direction, for which he said he should stop using the phrase “Hasheim made it”.
“A pledge of the current prime minister who has promised and has pledged that there will be a different attitude towards these courts, which will undo these, should now be put into place to protect his stances and his goals, as well as justice and not speculate with those frazeology that Hashimi” did.
Berisha in T7 said it is up to the institutions of justice to insist, as well as the constitution for <x0 malment of the law in terms of the use of facts that the Serbian secret service offers and the closing procedures of this court, because in every respect it has failed and has shown incretility”.

Berisha said these rooms have been overused to the justice system and the very framework he created.
