Albania's Assembly has brought down MP Tritan Shehu's request to vote on a resolution condemning the Serb genocide in Srebrenica in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha stated that recognising the genocide in Srebrenica is a necessary act for civilized nations and societies and that it is a fundamental condition not to repeat itself. He called the MPs while voting against him.
Berisha also brought charges against Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, calling him a small Putin who is ready for genocide.
While the leader of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, said that when Sali Berisha was president, he has allowed the Yugoslav Army's oil supply during the massacre in Bosnia and Herzegovina's Srebrenica. /
