Both of these officials have worked at Pristina Airport and the Agency for Air Navigation Services.
“Special Procurory announces public opinion that during the period of September 2011 to August 2018, in the continuation and quality of official persons at Pristina International Airport (ANP), later Air Navigation Services Agency ( ASNA, defendant B.N. and D.M. have misused official duty by enabling OE “TCN” from Tirana, illegal profit. These actions, defendant B.N. and D. M, they've committed a crime Using official position or authority, from Article 422 paragraph 2 concerning Article 81 and 31 of Code No. 04/L-082 Penal of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK)”, the Prosecutor's Statement said.
