One single case where power and inspectors are convicted of defending public interest, no matter how many violations happen, is this Prizren guy...
Most of the time inspectors and officials are caught in violation of public interests for private interests and are not primarily convicted...
See the difference? The violation of public interests is not condemned, but the violation of private interests is condemned.
I don't say private interests should be protected, but who protects the one who protects the public interest?
