These complaints, mainly have been for credit products (Hits and credit cards), respectively, the rating of the Kosovo Creditre (RKK)”.

These have confirmed for Online Economy, the Kosovo Central Bank. In this regard, economics connoisseur and former Finance Minister Haki Shatri has said of the Online Economy that the CEC is among the institutions of creditable and citizens head to the CQ, in cases where the institutions that monitored this last one out of“this growth is coming from increasing customer demand to obtain credit and access forms of use with <x1-metrodesterphret”, said Shatri.

Until April 30th, 164 complaints at the Kosovo Bank Financial Services Index Division at the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo (BQK), by 30 April of this year, have gone to 164 complaints by Kosovo citizens for the banking sector, reports Online Economy outside the regulation.

Shatri says the CEC is the most reliable institution in Kosovo, which with reports, analysis also helps the Government, the Kosovo Parliament, to make appropriate decisions regarding the economy.

I think that Kosovo Central Bank is the most creditable, most reliable institution in Kosovo by institutions dealing with legally defined activities. It only responds to the Parliament and has areas of supervision in the financial sector. Banks, insurance companies, microfinances, etc. They come out with regular reports, but with analysis on various development issues helping Government, Parliament, Presidency to make appropriate decisions regarding the problems posed in daily economics and developmental life”, he has said.

Former Minister Shatri said institutions which are under the BQ's domain can often get out of regulations, so citizens' complaints come.

Central bank controls, monitoring business banks, second-class banks called private banks, and insurance companies, and normally economic problems are presented in times of crisis, for new products forms of consumer credit, etc. Which many times can arise from those criteria that the Central Bank strictly places on. It means criteria that need to meet second-class banks when allowing loans for business partners or for those who have their clients. Clients receive credit or what is spent beyond what is available on the card or any short-term mortgage credit, without mortgage”.

So there's a lot of problems that many times can deviate from the rules of BQC and normally when these clients are rejected they complain or complain to the other side BQK. I believe that requests are made and complaints are handled properly by the Central Bank”.

In addition, he says that increasing the number of complaints is due to increased customer demand for credit.

This growth, I think, is coming from increasing client demand to get credit from even the modes of accessing “overardraft” that they say. There is great pressure at this time of crisis. I read a report earlier that family consumer loans have increased markedly in recent times. These allow banks for their clients now, and sometimes there is even a breach. But the increase in the number is the result of the family's needs, and they're borrowing”.

Kosovo's Central Bank in a written answer to Online Economy has announced that 305 complaints from the entire financial industry have been accepted by Friday, and all complaints for which there has been a legal basis, the CEC has acted on the legal framework that is in force “announced that by 30 April, in the Financial Services Division at the Central Bank of Kosovo, 164 complaints for the banking sector have been accepted until the same period as the previous year (prinator 20-21) have been accepted. So far we've received 305 complaints from all over the financial industry and all complaints for which there has been legal basis, the CEC has acted in a conform legal framework that is in force. The most frequent polls have been for credit products (Hits and credit cards), standings at the Credit of Kosovo (RKK)” respectively.
