Democratic League of Kosovo MP Andmend Zemaj has submitted the proposal for the new Health Bill, which consists of 128 articles.
Zemaj, at a media conference, said that field experts have worked on this bill, adding that he advances the health service.
Among other things, Zemaj says the party he participated in will make its contribution to this bill.
By establishing the health of citizens and advancing services we care for the welfare of citizens. Today I am proceeding the Health Bill as legislative initiative. Many field experts have worked on this bill. It regulates the educational process and sets professional profiles. It advances health care. This law has 128 articles and will be easily applicable”.
“We need new law. The health insurance law and then we have a mirror and is driven by financial package. If the government fails to prepare it, we will make our contribution. There are also initiatives by the opposition MP for the organ transplant draft”, Zemaj said.
