Speaking to magazine reporter “Time”, Simos Schuster, at the presidential complex in Kiev, Zelensky recalls the February 24th first air strikes in Ukraine.
The “Time” article reports that the army had informed Zelensky that Russia's offensive teams had parachuted into Kiev to kill or capture them.
I remember moments from that night. Blasts. Kids. We woke them up. There was a lot of noise”.
We all have family. We are human beings. And we had to make some quick decisions. Now when I think about it, I think the decisions we made, some on purpose and some on chance, were right”, he told “Time”.
