A plane has crashed during a <x0-level technical flight” south of Ukraine and there are victims, local authorities said.
The AN-26 jet, a military transport aircraft led by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, crashed Friday morning at the Vilnia Circle in the Zaporizhja region, Zaporizhja's regional military administration said.
The crash circumstances are being verified and there will be more information later, authorities added.
