Today it is past the administration where it allows foreign citizens to serve in the Wartime Intelligence Age agencies, writes Periscope.
Many foreign citizens have already gone to fight voluntarily in Ukraine. Two Kosovars from Suhareka had tried to go if they had returned to the border. Ukraine does not accept volunteers from Kosovo.
Ukrainian parliaments allow forigners to build in Ukraines intelligence agencies during war.
The Verkhovna Rada followed the amendments to the Law reacting the work of Ukraine's intelligence agencies on April 14.
