April “27th marks the National Day of Missing Persons in Kosovo that honours the found persons of the Kosovo War. I am with the people of Kosovo in the request for justice for those who lost and their families”, it was Torres on Twitter.

Torres has been loud to push ahead many Kosovo-interested issues. He had sent a letter to five EU member states that recognise Kosovo, to change that stance. Finally, he has also written to US President Joe Biden, seeking Kosovo's membership in NATO.
