The Supreme Special Chamber allows closure of the liquidation process for KB “Buyku”

The AKP has submitted requests to the Supreme Court's Special Chamber for approval of the final report and allowing the liquidation process to close for KB “Buyku”.

At the same time, the Court has set a 21-day deadline from the day of its accession of this ruling for eventual complaints, and after this deadline passed, this decision becomes overwhelming and reports of liquidation closure for this subject AKP will submit relevant institutions, as envisioned by the AKP Law.

Otherwise, the number of social companies for which the liquidation process has so far been completed has reached 38.
