Special Dismiss Thaci request for release from detention

The Special Court's Appeals panel has rejected Thaci's complaint about the preliminary judge's refusal to be released from custody.

“As a result, the court finds that Thaci's pre-procedure judge has not erred in the conclusion that the period Thaci has spent in custody remains reasonable, and, in line with circumstances, rejects Thaci's G point of complaint”, says the panel's argument.

In this case, the parties have been given up to 10 days after this decision to send parachutes in connection with Apel's refusal.
