Peskov said that the whole situation in Bucha, where photos show many Ukrainian civilians killed, was a well-enacted “insinctine, nothing else”. But journalist Mark Austin confronted him with facts.
He was shown a video of a civilian moving on a bicycle and being shot to death after the turn by a Russian tank, reports Express.
Asked how many civilians have died since the beginning of the war on 24 February, Peskov said he did not want to answer because the numbers were not confirmed.
