The Russian subx0.600, according to Moscow's time, on April 25th, will stop all hostilities unilateralally, attract units at a safe distance and enable the evacuation of civilians”, the Russian Ministry's announcement said.
Last week Russia had said civilians and Ukrainian fighters could leave Azovstal on the condition that Ukrainian forces “freeze the white flag”.
