Repeated elections in Ulcinj do not affect the result: Albanian parties quarrel for mayor

Repeating local elections in Ulcinj only at one polling station has not changed the outcome. Following complaints by several Albanian parties, elections at a polling station were repeated, but mandates for the municipality council have remained the same.
