Long lines of cars have been seen in traffic lights near the Central Bank and roundabouts behind the Communist building.
The streets that have turned one-way are “Agim Ramadani” from the lights near the former student's middle, “U n CK” from Parliament to former Chinese Youth, path “Mygeni” to former building O SBE and “Luan Haradinaj” to the lights near the Central Bank.
Otherwise, today and tomorrow is testing the whole central ring on one-way cars.
