Earlier this month, the Directorate of Intelligence at the Ukrainian Defence Ministry has identified the 64th Motorised Weapons Brigade as the unit responsible for the terrible scenes of violence that left more than 350 people killed in the village near Kiev, according to local police.
Citing the great “heroism and bravery” but not also Russia's war in Ukraine, the decree Putin signed on Monday donated to Brigade 64 honorary title, such as “to the defenders”.
The Russian tyrannical decree comes on the 54th day of the Russian military campaign in Ukraine, where 12 million people have been forced to flee, which sparked the outbreak of the biggest refugee crisis since World War II.
