According to the prosecution, the report on expertise of the Law Medicine Institute in Lozanne, Switzerland, in the case of Astrit Dehar, states:
Analyses of the AND, from objects that have been in contact with the deceased, Astrit Dehari, in close proximity to death, (bric shave, pen connected with a shoe tie and a piece of metal, have not shown AND profile in addition to him, Astrit Dehari.
Toxicological analysis of the peripheral blood of Astrit Dehar, has shown the presence of caffeine and the lack of ethanol.
“As far as implementation of the deceased body has no recommendation on expertise and the same has not been recommended for the body to be examined in view of how much time has passed”, the statement says.
According to the prosecution, the report was accepted in French, while on April 8th it was accepted translated.
“Special Procuroria reports that the expertise report has been accepted in French and then sent for translation into Albanian. Meanwhile, on the date 08.04.22, around 15:30, we accepted the report translated into Albanian”, reportedly in the Prosecutor's announcement.

Pristina, April 12th 2022 ) The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo reports public opinion that on the date 01.04.2022, he has accepted the report by the Swiss Institute of Legal Medicine in Lozanne, in connection with the Astrit Deharit case.
The Special Prosecutor reports that the expertise report has been accepted in French and then sent for translation into Albanian. Meanwhile, on the date 08.04,2022, around 3:30, we accepted the report translated into Albanian.
We also suggest that during the day the French and Albanian-language expertise report will be handed over to the Dehari family and the family's legal representative.

Based on the findings of this report, the Special Prosecutor will proceed with the investigation of this case and undertake all necessary actions. Also, the Special Prosecutor provides the Dehari family and the public opinion that, based on constitutional and legal competencies and authorisations, he will conduct professional investigations until the full dawn of this case.
